We make sure to train our personnel to be observant and to communicate with our management team any irregularities they may notice. This extra step will make your business run smoother, as we will report any maintenance issues we may encounter rather than having to learn about them from your new tenant.

Yes, we have the necessary insurance coverages and in some cases we exceed the minimum required. We are familiar with many third party compliance companies and how to provide all documents required to get approved as your new vendor.
Contact us immediately. We will constantly try our very best to clean the apartments to your satisfaction, but there could be a time when we may miss something. We will always return to correct any items missed at no extra charge to you. In order to avoid confusions and “call backs”, we ask that you have the apartments inspected the day of service. “Call Backs” after two weeks from the day of service, may be considered a touch-up, rather than a correction.
If for some reason, the apartment is vacated and the cleaning conditions are above and beyond the normal conditions of a traditional move-out, we may contact you prior to starting our work to discuss the possibilities of a cleaning up-charge. These additional fees will help us cover costs such as the use of additional cleaning products, effort and time to complete the cleaning service.
We love when our clients schedule their cleaning services in advance, but we also understand that things change daily. A minimum of 24 hours is required in order for us to add your request to our daily schedule. Cleaning request need to be submitted daily no later than 4 PM so that we can plan our next day workload.
We encourage you to contact us immediately so that we can make the necessary arrangements to find a solution to your cleaning needs. If for some reason we are unable to make it the same day, you will be placed on a priority status the following morning.
This are considered emergency cleaning requests and we will try our very best to accommodate them. Our office is closed on Saturday and Sundays, so we will try our best to coordinate weekend emergencies on Fridays.
